Application to Attend a Cursillo Weekend

You may download the 2010 application forms from the link below. Please note the weekend fee will be $225.00 per person, however, there will be a reduced rate if married couples attend the weekends in the same year of $395.00 per couple. This includes accomodation, and meals from Friday morning to Sunday noon, and all snacks.

Please note that the form consists of three parts, all of which must be received by the Registrar before your application is considered complete: the applicant's, the sponsor's and the priest's forms. There are seven pages in total to print, all included in the one file.
