Nov. 10 – 12th, 2017 is the next weekend at Star of the North Retreat Center, St. Albert, Alberta
The weekend is more than a retreat or short course in Christianity, it is a kind of pilgrimage in faith together as people who are not “professional” Christians share talks about what their faith means to them and as you worship together. As a pilgrimage it does a number of things:
- it encourages a spirit of dissatisfaction with apathy, it gets us out of our rut
- it encourages a spirit of moving onward
- it encourages a spirit of sisterhood and brotherhood as we travel the road together
